The Policy and Decision Making Processes Division (PDMP) of the Institute, performs a multitude of functions, within the Organisation and outside of the PLC. This Division is responsible for:
• The supervision and management of the Society of Public Attorney;
• The supervision and management of World Peace Law Organisation;
• The organisation of Conferences, Meetings, and Seminars;
• The supervision and management of various Committees, Sub-Committees, and Boards of the PLC.

Degree Course in Policy Science:
PDMP is also responsible for initiating and pursuing discussions with Third-Level Institutions, with a view to offering Policy Science™ as a Degree Course and as a suitable topic for PhD thesis.
Society of Public Attorney as an Examination Board, etc: Membership of the Society is open to members of the Liberal Professions. Postgraduates are welcome to apply for membership.
