A1: It supports 0–2 V DC analog input. With external converters, it also supports 0(4)-20 mA, 0(1)-5 V, 0(2)-10 V, and loop-monitored digital inputs.

Q2: Does the module provide input isolation?
A2: Yes. Analog inputs are isolated from the 24V DC and 5V DC supplies, though they share a common 0V internally.

Q3: What are the power requirements?
A3: It requires 5 V DC at 30 mA and 24 V DC at 175 mA base load, plus 25 mA per active input channel.

Q4: Are both active and passive input connections supported?
A4: Yes. In active mode, the module supplies 26 V DC. In passive mode, the transmitter is powered externally.

Q5: What is the measurement accuracy of the module?
A5: The module has ≤ 0.75% inaccuracy, supported by a 12-bit A/D converter.

Q6: Can the module be used in hazardous locations?
A6: Yes. It is FM 3611 certified and compliant with Class I Division 2, Class II Division 2 environments.

Q7: Can two FC-SAI-0410 modules be connected in parallel?
A7: Yes, due to high input impedance, parallel connection is allowed.
