Q1: Can the 3500/22M module operate standalone?
A1: No. It must be used with the 3500 rack system and compatible monitoring modules. It occupies Slot 1 next to the power supply.

Q2: Can it replace the 3500/20 RIM module?
A2: Yes, but you must also replace the corresponding I/O module to avoid damage. RIM I/O must not be used with the TDI.

Q3: Does it support transient and waveform data collection?
A3: Yes. When the optional Channel Enabling Disk is installed, it supports dynamic and high-resolution data capture.

Q4: What communication protocols are supported?
A4: Supports BN Host Protocol and BN TDI Protocol over Ethernet TCP/IP.

Q5: What are the environmental limitations?
A5: It operates from -30°C to +65°C and up to 95% non-condensing humidity, suitable for industrial conditions.

Q6: Will configuration be lost during power loss?
A6: No. The module has non-volatile memory and retains settings even when powered off.

Q7: How many channels of data can it collect?
A7: It supports up to 48 dynamic waveform channels depending on licensing.

Q8: Can the USB port be used for configuration?
A8: Yes. The front panel USB-B allows configuration and data retrieval with an isolated USB cable included.
